The spirit of May 19th was celebrated with a festival atmosphere at our school.
The Energy of Youth, the Power of Sport, and the Colors of Art, All Together.
At Izmir Private Saint-Joseph French High School, the 19th of May Atatürk Commemoration, Youth and Sports Day was celebrated in an unforgettable festival atmosphere thanks to the energy, creativity, and team spirit of our students.
On this meaningful day, which Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk gifted to the youth, our students celebrated the holiday together with sports tournaments, art events, music performances, and fun activities organized throughout the day.
Activities held in different areas of the school allowed students to showcase both their physical and social skills, while also strengthening the culture of solidarity, sharing, and collaborative creation. Competition and sportsmanship were emphasized in sports events, while art and music activities provided opportunities for students to display their creativity.
In line with Saint-Joseph's multifaceted development approach, which is fundamental to its educational philosophy, the celebrations highlighted not only our students' academic achievements but also their competencies in cultural, artistic, and sporting fields.
This special day, reflecting the dynamism, self-confidence, and hopes for the future of youth, was completed with great enthusiasm, with the participation of all members of our school community.
As Izmir Private Saint-Joseph French High School, we continue to uphold the trust and faith that Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of our Republic, placed in youth; and to educate our students as modern, responsible, and globally open individuals.
