2026-2027 School Parent Association General Assembly Meeting
Dear Parent/Guardian,
The 2026-2027 School Parent Association General Assembly meeting will be held at our school on Monday, October 05, 2026, at 15:00 PM, without requiring a quorum. We expect all parents to attend the general assembly. The agenda items for the meeting are presented below for your information.
Agenda
1. Moment of silence
2. Election and formation of the Presidium (1 President + 2 Secretaries)
3. Reading of the board of directors' report.
4. Reading of the audit committee report.
5. Discussion on Management and Audit reports.
6. Approval of the reports of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board.
7. Election of new board of directors and supervisory board members (Board of Directors: 5 full members, 5 alternate members; Supervisory Board: 1 full member, 1 alternate member)
8. Wishes and hopes
9. Closing
