Clubs

Clubs

At Izmir Saint-Joseph French High School, student clubs aim to support students' personality development through social, cultural, scientific, artistic, and sporting activities. Through these clubs, students discover their interests, develop new skills, learn to use their free time productively, and gain a sense of social responsibility.

At our school, club activities are not limited to academic or hobby activities; they are structured within the framework of Educational Courses that support the multifaceted development of students . These courses reflect a holistic educational approach that supports students' social, cultural, and personal development alongside their academic progress.

Our students are required to join at least one club during the year . In addition, they can participate in activities conducted outside of club hours. We encourage our students to gain experience in different fields when choosing clubs.

Every student has different interests and developmental needs. Therefore, a club that might be seen as an area for academic development for one student could be a hobby area where another student develops their personal interests. Club activities support this diversity, allowing students to get to know themselves and develop different aspects of their personalities.
