In conclusion, our beads have the ability to
controlled release. This structure composed of
natural and soluble substances is able to release
the natural chia polysaccharides and carnitine
in the intestinal environment. Our beads will be
an alternative carrier material when the level of
carnitine is a problem for release or usage. Our

hydrogels and the field of usage have a huge
potential. Our group conducts the study for the
first time.
